I need to return the merchandise.
It's important to us that you are happy with the fit. If the fit isn't quite right, just let us know within 5 days of receiving your order and we will swap for an alternative size. If the same garment is not available you can select an alternative. We only exchange if garments are returned in original condition and packaging. Please advise us of tracking number. This is our return policy for Internet orders only.

Has my order been sent yet?
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. Orders placed after 12:00pm (NZT) will be dispatched the following morning between Mon-Fri during the week. We do not send to PO Boxes as we require the signature of the recipient. We do not send on a Saturday unless specifically requested at additional cost.
Orders received after Friday (before Wednesday) or during public holidays will be dispatched as soon as possible when we re-open for business. If your order is urgent please contact us for assistance.

Can I track my order?
Yes, we offer two options to deliver your product: standard and express. All deliveries are tracked.

Is it safe to order online?
Yes. Although you will be transferred to the Mooney World supplier, Sup2, both sites are secure.

There is an error with my order.
In the unlikely event there is an error in your order or a fault with the garment, we will cover the cost to return and replace. It is important that when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, as well as your details.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we would recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service. Please keep a note of any return delivery reference numbers so you can track your order.
We ask you to take good care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in our store but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained, goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.
Please allow 7 – 10 working days from receipt of an exchange for us to process. Once an exchange has been processed you will receive a confirmation email (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation).
After receiving the exchange confirmation email please allow 5 days for receipt of the goods, 7-10 days for post to Australia.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
Free shipping for orders over $70.14 USD. For orders less than $70.14 USD, DHL Express delivery shipping is $17.50 USA. Orders to be delivered with Express shipping in 2 - 4 business days.
